Requests for Proposals

Wilton Rancheria is seeking proposals from qualified vendors and performers to support upcoming Tribal community events. We encourage Native-owned businesses, Indigenous performers, and organizations experienced in working with Tribal communities to review the opportunities below and submit proposals. Current opportunities include:

Comedy Date Night: Two-Comedian Showcase
An adults-only evening featuring Native American comedians performing a headliner and opening set for Tribal community members to relax, connect, and share laughter.

Virtual College and Career Counseling Platform
The Wilton Rancheria Department of Education is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive Virtual College and Career Counseling Platform serving students beginning in Grade 9 and continuing through postsecondary education.

Enrollment Committee Vacancy

Wilton Rancheria is seeking qualified applicants to fill two (2) vacancies on the Enrollment Committee.

 

The Enrollment Committee plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity of Tribal membership. Responsibilities include:

  • Attend scheduled committee meetings
  • Processing applications for Tribal Citizen membership
  • Issuing official decision to approve and deny applicants
  • Overseeing and completing proceedings related to removal of individuals erroneously enrolled due to mistake or fraud

Tribal Historic Preservation Advisory Committee Member

The Tribal Historic Preservation Advisory Committee Member provides cultural guidance and advisory support to ensure Tribal programs, projects, and decisions align with Wilton Rancheria’s traditions, values, and cultural protocols. This role supports historic preservation efforts, tribal consultations, cultural resource protection, and culturally informed decision-making through quarterly meetings and special sessions as needed. A stipend is provided for this two-year appointment.
