Our Purpose

The Human Resources Department provides Wilton Rancheria with diverse and talented employees and maximizes their potential through proactive employee relations and organizational development programs.

The primary functions of the Human Resources Department include recruiting, selecting, and retaining qualified employees; administering the Tribe’s classification, compensation, and benefit plans; administering workers’ compensation and leave of absence; organizational development and training; employee relations; labor relations; administering personnel rules and procedures; and complying with established policy and laws.

To drive organizational growth by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring employees are engaged, equipped, and inspired to deliver quality services to the community and achieve outstanding results.
