Key Responsibilities
- Governance Support
Provide regular reports and updates on departmental activities to the Office of the Chair, ensuring that leadership is informed about the progress and challenges of each department.
- Administrative Oversight
- Monitor the performance of government departments to ensure they are meeting their objectives.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Strategic Planning
- Develop long-term plans to guide the growth and development of the community.
- Collaborate with departments to set goals and priorities that align with the overall vision of Wilton Rancheria.
- Analyze data and trends to inform decision-making and policy development.
- Resource Management
- Allocate resources, including funding, personnel, and equipment, to support departmental needs.
