The Appellate Panel is comprised of up to five (5) Appellate Judges to hear appeals from final judgments, sentences, and final orders of the Tribal Court. Appellate Panel Judges are appointed by Tribal Council to serve four (4) year terms and must meet the eligibility requirements outlined in 10 WRC § 1-202. The Wilton Rancheria Appellate Panel is led by Appellate Chief Judge, Hon. Treaver Hodson.
