Monday, March 16, 2026 - Candidacy forms become available
Official Declaration of Candidacy forms will be available at the Tribal Office during regular hours and on the Tribe's website.
Tuesday, April 14, 2026 5:00 p.m. PT - Final Deadline
- Official Declaration of Candidacy forms
- Absentee ballot request forms
- Accommodation ballot request forms
There are no exceptions to this deadline.
Saturday, June 13, 2026 - General Election Day
The General Election will be held at the Wilton Rancheria Tribal Office in Elk Grove, California.
Eligibility Criteria
Only community members in good standing are allowed to vote.

Voter Information
Election Day Requirements
- Only eligible voters will be admitted to the General Election.
- Valid photo identification is required for entry.
- Eligible voters requiring assistance may register a voting assistant during registration.
Additional Notes
- Absentee and accommodation ballots are only available to eligible voters who request them by the deadline.
- Please no children.
- A livestream option may be provided in the final election notice for those unable to attend in person.
