Our Vision
The Facilities and Maintenance Department is committed to ensuring the Tribe’s infrastructure, properties, and community spaces are well-maintained, safe, and operational. By upholding the highest maintenance and facility management standards, we contribute to the tribe’s well-being and sustainability.
Services & Programs
The Facilities and Maintenance Department provides services to support Tribal government buildings, properties, and community spaces. These services support Tribal operations and ensure that all facilities are properly maintained for the benefit of Tribal members and staff.
Facilities Maintenance & Repairs
Provides routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep for Tribal government buildings, grounds, and infrastructure to ensure safety, efficiency, and longevity.
Fleet Management
Oversees the maintenance, repair, and operation of the Tribe’s vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are safe, reliable, and meet operational needs.
Property & Grounds Maintenance
Manages landscaping, groundskeeping, and outdoor maintenance for all Tribal properties to create clean, safe, and welcoming spaces.
Event & Faculty Support
Provides logistical support for Tribal events, meetings, and gatherings, including facility setup, breakdown, and operational coordination.
Work Order request
Handles work order requests for repairs, maintenance, and facility support. Tribal departments can submit requests to ensure timely service and maintenance.
