The Court will be holding its first Amnesty Day on July 19th at 11:00 a.m.
The Court will be holding its first Amnesty Day on July 19th at 11:00 a.m. This is an opportunity for anyone with outstanding Peace and Security Act citations and/or fines. When the citation was initially issued, members had 30 days to select one of three options:
- pay the fine amount,
- send a one-page letter apologizing to the election committee, or
- contest the citation.
If no response was received, a default judgement was entered. This will be the final opportunity to have the matter resolved and fine waived.
If the matter is not resolved, the Court will deduct any outstanding fines from future member distributions. Please email TribalCourtInfo@wiltonrancheria-nsn.gov with any questions. Thank you!
